Airport Transfer Coordination
~$50 CAD coordination fee
Pre-arranged pickup at SJO (San José) or LIR (Liberia). A trusted driver meets you at arrivals with your name. Transfer cost paid directly to the driver. Available for departures too.
Private Guide Add-On
Varies by region & duration
A dedicated, English-speaking guide from our vetted network. Wildlife specialists, surf instructors, fishing guides, cultural historians, birdwatching experts. Typically $150–$350/day for the guide — we coordinate at no added fee.
Honeymoon & Anniversary Package
+$100 CAD
Private dinners, sunset arrangements, surprise coordination at partner properties, upgraded room requests. We know which properties go the extra mile for special occasions — and we call ahead.
Family Package (with Kids)
+$75 CAD
Age-appropriate activity selection, kid-friendly accommodation filtering, health prep for children in tropical climates, family packing guide, and safety notes for activities and beaches.
Premium Accommodation Upgrade
No added fee
Included in the base package for clients who want boutique lodges, treehouse stays, eco-resorts, or surf camps. We have direct relationships at every tier — just tell us your preference.

A typical 2-week Costa Rica trip for two costs $4,000–$9,000 CAD. The planning fee represents 3–6% of that total. Here's what that buys you:
