Elevate Costa Rica is a Costa Rican travel and investment concierge company. We help individuals and families plan trips to Costa Rica and connect investors with on-the-ground resources. Our website is elevatecostarica.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@elevatecostarica.com.
What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you: submit a contact form (name, email, message, and optional travel timing); book a consultation (name, email, and any details you choose to share); complete our trip planning intake form (travel dates, group size, budget, preferences); or sign up for our investment waitlist (name, email, and area of interest). We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to: respond to your inquiry or message; prepare for and follow up on your consultation call; build your custom trip plan or investment brief; send you relevant updates or follow-ups related to your inquiry. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Who we share your information with
We may share relevant details with vetted local partners (guides, accommodation hosts, tour operators) only when necessary to plan or coordinate your trip — and only with your knowledge. We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Stripe (payment processing), Cal.com (consultation booking), Resend or Postmark (email delivery), Airtable (client intake management). Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles your data according to their terms.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested and to maintain records for legitimate business purposes. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us at hello@elevatecostarica.com and we will do so within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as Plausible or PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising cookies. We do not run ad retargeting or use cookies for profiling.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or delete it.
